LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (''LPPD'')

A.Ş; Personal data obtained within the scope of the application, suggestion or complaint made by you through our social media accounts,website and info@oksuzoglu.com.tr e-mail are processed and protected within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and other relevant legislation.

Processing is defined in Article 3 of the LPPD as the processes of recording, storing,preserving, changing, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available,and classifying personal data.

A. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

The personal data shared with us by the persons who contact our Company for applications,suggestions and complaints made through social media accounts, website and e-mail regarding the services and products offered by our Company are processed by ÖKSÜZOĞLU ZÜC. SAN. VE DIŞ TİC. A.Ş. based on the legitimate interest of the performance of the contracts to which our company is a party and to continue its activities commercially, to determine the demands and complaints and to create customer satisfaction.

B. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed by ÖKSÜZOĞLU ZÜC. SAN. VE DIŞ TİC. A.Ş. for the following purposes within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the LPPD:

a) It is clearly stipulated in the laws.

b) It is mandatory for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person who is unable to disclose his/her consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid.

c) It is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties of a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.

ç) It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation.

d) It has been made public by the data subject himself/herself.

e) Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (especially for receiving, evaluating and finalizing requests and complaints, managing customer relations, managing legal processes and other purposes)

f) Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

g) Execution of marketing processes of products and services in the presence of explicit consent

C. TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED

Your personal data, if necessary for the commercial existence of ÖKSÜZOĞLU ZÜC. SAN.VE DIŞ TİC. A.Ş. and for the purposes stated above within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the LPPD (KVKK);

1 To the relevant units of our Company, to the lawyers of our Company in case of the necessity of legal action,

2 Suppliers (cargo, call center, advertising agencies, etc.) and other technical service providers, business partners, and shareholders from whom we receive services in order to fulfill our legitimate interests and contractual obligations,

3 It may be transferred to judicial and administrative authorities, legally authorized public institutions and organizations.

D. METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data collected may vary depending on the service, product or commercial activity provided by ÖKSÜZOĞLU AŞ or the content of the contract established between you and us; It can be collected verbally or in writing by automatic or non-automatic methods, through sales stores, offices, branches, interviews and forms in the physical environment,through online forms and comment areas such as websites, social media channels,communication applications, membership and sales forms in electronic environment.

E. RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT PERSON AND METHOD OF USING THEIR RIGHTS

The personal data owner "Data Subject" may submit the petition containing his/her rights and requests set forth in Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data to Mahmutbey Mh. 2413.Sk. E 1 Block No: 5 Inner Door No: 101 ÖKSÜZOĞULLARI PLAZA Bağcılar/İstanbul via notary public. Within the scope of Article 11 of the LPPD No. 6698, everyone has the right to apply to our Company in the following matters in the capacity of data controller:

Everyone, by applying to the data controller;

a) Learn whether personal data is being processed,

b) Request information if personal data has been processed,

c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

d) To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,

e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of Law No. 6698, f) To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,

g) To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

ğ) In the event that personal data is damaged due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.

EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT

Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, I have read, examined,evaluated and understood the information on the web address regarding the processing and transfer of all kinds of personal information I have notified to ÖKSÜZOĞLU ZÜC. SAN. VE DIŞ TİC. A.Ş., as a requirement of compliance with the information storage, reporting and information obligations stipulated by the relevant legal regulations and legal authorities for the reasons, purposes and methods described in the information form / clarification text at "www.oksuzoglu.com.tr"; I hereby accept and declare that I consent that my personal data will be recorded, stored, maintained, updated due to legal requirements, and disclosed/transferred to domestic and foreign third parties in cases permitted by the legislation and within the legal limits, and in any case processed in the ways listed in the Law on the

Protection of Personal Data in the capacity of "Data Controller".

I hereby accept, declare and undertake that I consent that the Company may transfer my personal data to its affiliates and official authorities in Turkey and abroad and that I have been adequately and in detail informed and enlightened before the processing of my data, and that I therefore consent to these matters with my free will.
